The Revista Derecho de Estado, a Scopus-indexed journal from the School of Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia, invites the academic community to submit articles for its special issue on "Constituent Power and Constitutional Amendment in Latin America." This issue seeks to explore the intricate processes of constitutional change in Latin America, focusing on the roles of constituent power and constitutional amendments.
