Resumen
Este documento presenta algunos comentarios en torno a la propuesta elevada por René Urueña en su reciente artículo titulado “Luchas locales, cortes internacionales: una exploración de la protección multinivel de los derechos humanos en América Latina”. Luego de apoyar la propuesta del citado autor, el documento aclara la forma que adopta el modelo multinivel de protección en el escenario latinoamericano, y defiende la idea de que dicho andamiaje debe leerse desde la perspectiva del constitucionalismo multinivel y, por lo tanto, del pluralismo constitucional.
