Between Law and Creative Systems: Resizing Fashion Design through Artificial Intelligence

Resumen

La creatividad siempre se ha atribuido al ser humano como una cierta clase de cualidad innata; sin embargo, aún no existe consenso general sobre lo que este término significa realmente; en este sentido, nada impediría que pueda ser considerada una atribución contextualista. De otro lado, el estado actual del desarrollo tecnológico ha dado lugar a diversos cuestionamientos en torno a la posibilidad de que un sistema pueda ser creativo; por esto, la creciente intersección entre el diseño y la inteligencia artificial implicará múltiples desafíos legales que la propiedad intelectual deberá abordar.
