Neurotechonologies and Neurorights: A Review on the Occasion of Chilean Constitutional Reform

Resumen

Los dispositivos neurotecnológicos que comunican el cerebro y las computadoras son el resultado de la aplicación de las teorías clásicas de la infor­mación al terreno de la neurología. Tal cuestión plantea una serie de desafíos que deben enfrentarse normativamente desde el derecho. Este trabajo intenta describir los sistemas tecnológicos que hacen necesaria la configuración de neuroderechos, así como dar cuenta de los primeros efectos de la reforma constitucional que los introdujo en el ordenamiento jurídico chileno.
