The OASIS Journal (Print ISSN: 1657-7558; Online ISSN: 2346-2132) is a peer-reviewed and indexed scientific publication, edited by the Observatory for the Analysis of International Systems (OASIS) of the School of International Relations, Faculty of Finance, Government and International Relations at Universidad Externado de Colombia. Established in 1995 and published on a biannual basis since 2014, the journal promotes the dissemination of rigorous and high-quality research in the fields of International Relations.

OASIS publishes research articles and theoretical reflections aligned with its main areas of focus: Regional Studies, Global Governance, and Theory of International Relations, as well as general and special issues addressing contemporary international topics. While open to the global scholarly community, the journal seeks to contribute to the production of knowledge from and about the Global South, strengthening academic dialogue among regions through publications in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese.
